Cancellation Policy

Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to another patient.

Some consultations and treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee; any such terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
